Frequently Asked Questions

What to do upon arrival

Patients are to arrive 5 minutes early and may park in the driveway or anywhere on the street and remain outside until their therapist texts them to come in. Please no knocking on the door as there is a dog on the premise.

Are all your practitioners RMT's?

No, we have student practitioners who are currently enrolled in the massage program and are able to provide relaxation based treatments. Please note that student massages cannot be submitted to extended benefit plans.

Do you direct bill to Worksafe or ICBC?

No, we bill the patient privately and provide a detailed copy of the receipt. From there, the patient may provide their receipt to their claims adjuster for reimbursement.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require a 24 hour notice of cancelled appointments. Failure to provide a 24 hour notice will result in a late cancellation fee of $125.00. Failure to show up to your appointment will also result in a "no-show" fee of $125.00.
